You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • Rejected: If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items
